Shipping and Returns
SustainabilityWe carefully curate sustainable products and have the same standards for our shipping. We work hard to minimize shipping waste. Just because a shipment you receive is zero waste, that doesn't mean the sender received the products with zero waste. Did you know most products come to other retailers wrapped in plastic? We ask our manufacturers to use minimal packaging materials and opt for recycled/recyclable materials. For manufacturers that use traditional shipping materials, we are actively working with them to find sustainable alternatives. All cardboard boxes and paper packaging tape is recyclable.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders! At this time, we only ship within the Continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Product orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 days.
Our carefully curated products are shipped from partners inside the Continental U.S and a few global partners with sustainable business practices. All skincare is developed, produced, and shipped from the US. Shipping timeframes vary by product. Products typically arrive within five to ten days.
We use USPS for shipping. Since the mail lady comes to our door everyday, why not send her off with more packages? This way we aren't using more gas and producing more emissions by asking UPS or FedEx to make a special trip. As soon as we hand off your package, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking number.
Unused items can be returned in original packaging for a refund or store credit (minus return shipping fees) within 10 days of receipt. Skincare products are not eligible for return or refund. All other returns must be approved. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can issue a return slip to print and include with your return. Items without a return slip cannot be processed.
All unused returns must be in their original form and packaging with no signs of use or wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions. You should receive a credit within 14 days after receiving your return.
We hope you never receive a damaged or defective item. If you do, please contact email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the package and we will look into the issue and help you find the right solution.
We are not responsible for damaged or missing packages resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier and will help you file a damage claim if that is the case.
