Carolinas Wood Wick Candle
Reminiscent of a drive through the Carolinas, this complex powerhouse of a candle combines magnolia, peony, freesia and verbena with fraser fir, lemon peel, cypress amber, and evergreen. The floral notes dance with the forest to create a beautiful blend that truly appeals to those who love a fresh spa-like scent.
Our candles are made with all-natural soy, grown in the USA, freshly poured, and scented with natural and essential oils. These are all handmade in small batches to ensure high quality.
The wood wicks are 1/2 inch in width and the design is patented, crackling when it burns! This candle will last 60-80 hours with proper burn.
Size: 14 oz
Color: White glass jar with silver rim
Hand poured in Greenville, SC.
Trim wick to 1/8" and burn for 2-4 hours during the first burn to ensure wax evenly melts on sides. This prevents burning issues in the future. When burning the candle, always make sure wax is fully melted on sides before extinguishing. This helps your candle burn evenly and last longer.
Wood wicks are a bit different than a traditional cotton wick - they burn longer, cleaner, and create a charming crackling sound. But, they do require a bit of extra care. Most wood wick problems come from having too long of a wick. Unlike cotton wick candles that should be trimmed to 1/4", wood wicks need to be trimmed to 1/8" before burning. The shorter the wick, the better the flame. If the wick is too long, it won't pull the wax and will extinguish quickly.
Wood design is patented (required posting: www.lumetique.com/patents).
